About Your New Job as a Quality Specialist: The Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and monitoring Quality procedures.
Ensures a smooth course of action for all Quality processes accounting for the defined standards and customer-specific demands while supporting Environmental and Health & Safety standards.
Ensure the QMS is maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.Lead the activities of the Quality Department including IQA's, documentation, and ensure that agreed country-specific QESH standards are kept.Work with responsible managers to improve local quality standards and communicate relevant changes in legislation, rules, and regulations to responsible managers and country leadership teams.Coordinate and/or conduct internal and supplier audits.Audit and follow specific process descriptions, validation and qualification plans as well as quality-related protocols and reports, and facilitate customer and regulatory audits, wrap-up, documentation, and follow-up (e.g., CAPA).Set and optimise standards and procedures for CWS Cleanrooms.Prepare site-specific specifications and checklists.Approve/document and support the setup and implementation of procedures, support and track Deviations/Complaints/CAPA-handling, and ensure a harmonised quality system.Approval of quality agreements with customers and suppliers, interface with corporate QESH Department.Validation and qualification (management, support, follow-up).Change Management (support and follow-up).Ensure the development of employee competence with regards to quality rules and regulations.Coach, train, and develop employees to live up to quality standards and consult/visit customers and management (internal and external).What Skills You Need to succeed as a Quality Specialist: Bachelor-Level or several years of experience in the field of quality assurance.Experience of at least 2 years in a quality assurance function in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry or other industry with cleanrooms.Excellent written and verbal skills in English.Ability to communicate and integrate/influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote teamwork.General knowledge of the Cleanroom processes (Gowning, Hygiene, Behaviour).MS Office package.ISO 9001.What's on Offer for Candidates for a Quality Specialist: Salary of 40k.Fantastic development opportunities.Working along a great team.
