The role involves assessing vendor resilience and recovery capabilities for critical business areas, functions, and applications to maintain continued operations, recoverability, and loss mitigation in the event of a disruption.
This position provides support for the Enterprise Resilience, Vendor Resiliency Program. Key responsibilities include:
1. A major focus will be on assessing vendor resiliency and recovery capabilities.
2. Supporting program-oversight activities, coordination with vendor management teams, and continuous improvement of the program.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with supplier management offices and other vendor risk management teams.
4. Managing vendor data within resiliency tools, ensuring high-level data-quality and synchronization with associated systems.
5. Corresponding to inquiries received to vendor resilience mailbox.
6. Participating in the development of SOPs, communication, training, and educational programs related to program outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with experience in vendor management, supply chain management, or a related field.
Candidates should also have proficiency in data analysis tools and experience working with vendors.
