What Were Looking For
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting business growth? Viska Systems is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys engaging with clients, and is eager to support both sales and marketing activities in a cutting-edge tech company.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and professional sales process - from managing leads and booking appointments to keeping our CRM system and sales documentation in top shape. You will also support our marketing efforts and help uphold our ISO 9001 standards, ensuring quality and consistency in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, timely information on leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Ensure all communications and materials are prepared in line with Viska Systems brand standards, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
Ensure technical specifications are in a clear, solution-focused language for clients.
Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and basic sales documents as required.
Assist in coordinating sales meetings and events.
Monitor and track lead progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting to the team.
Provide general administrative support.
Help maintain ISO 9001 procedures.
Support marketing initiatives related to sales.
Qualifications & Skills
3 years+ previous experience in sales support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging with clients professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Understanding of ISO 9001 standards or experience in a quality-driven environment is beneficial.
