About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Engineering Lead to lead and oversee engineering operations across multiple disciplines. This role is critical in managing complex manufacturing and production engineering projects, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will apply a blend of scientific, engineering and mathematical expertise to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver impactful results. This role will be based at our TPM in Fermoy, Cork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of medium to complex engineering projects.
Provide strategic direction across multiple concurrent projects.
Apply engineering principles to develop innovative solutions and risk‑managed execution plans.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and Quality Systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.

Manage departmental budgets and resource planning to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and modernise the existing global media tech stack aligned to marketing needs, site updates and technology requirements.
Partner with both media analytics and site analytics teams to ensure accuracy of media tools, identify tracking discrepancies and support the integration of marketing data within tools like Adobe Analytics.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications
7–10 years in digital media operations, programmatic advertising or ad‑tech management.
Hands‑on experience managing ad‑serving, programmatic, retail and social media buying platform.
Deep understanding of ad‑tech and an aptitude for technical concepts and data.
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels in a global matrixed organisation as well as with external agency and platform partners.

As PV engineer, this person will be responsible for product validation (quality engineering): developing and running regression suites to verify the functionality and performance of JedAI. JedAI is the Cadence Agentic AI platform. The functionality to be tested covers all of agentic AI: LLM services, embeddings, workflows and agents. This person should have effective personality & communication skills to work within a geographically distributed group and with cross‑functional groups (such as R&D and PE). Develop & execute the test plans for JedAI and AAI lib.
Create new test cases to verify/validate new features and enhancements.
