Job Overview:
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating month-end results, analyzing variances to inform forecast and annual plans. You will collaborate with global business services, divisional finance teams, and local finance teams to ensure efficient month-end close.

* Collaborate with global business services, divisional finance teams, and local finance teams to ensure efficient month-end close.
* Consolidate quarterly and annual operating plan submissions, communicating variance analysis to leadership.
* Prepare and consolidate monthly balanced scorecard summaries, providing insightful commentaries.
* Provide financial support through comprehensive review, lead forecasts and budgets, and offer financial appraisal support.
* Maintain effective control systems, ensuring compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX, and GAAP.
Requirements:
* Level 8 Honors Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
* Expert level financial system and Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvements.
