About the Role
This senior management position is located within the Global Oversight and Governance team as part of a regulatory affairs office.
The successful candidate will oversee quality control testing methodologies, ensuring their successful execution in accordance with established procedures.
* Lead a Strategic Remediation Quality Control Testing Team to ensure the successful execution of quality control testing programs.
* Oversee and implement quality control testing methodologies and build-out of local quality control testing teams.
* Lead and manage quality control testing and validation of significant remediation activities, ensuring execution in accordance with established time frames and procedures.
* Assign work to team partners, set priorities, and monitor activity in line with team standards and methodology.
* Ensure quality control testing scope is appropriate and covers key deliverables as defined by department standards and procedures.
* Provide effective review and challenge of significant remediation deliverables to ensure quality of design, implementation, and sustainability.
* Identify critical gaps in completed remediation activities, present feedback in management forums, including regional and global senior management committees across business, risk, and compliance.
* Responsible for staying current on regulatory rules and changes within the industry.
* Maintain familiarity with assigned business unit(s), including organizational structure, personnel, activities, and products, new product development, financial performance, and risk and problem areas.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to influence a wide range of senior stakeholders.
