The Control Room Operator is a key role within the Digital Operations Service and Vendor team that provides service management capability and expertise to our customers, the Digital Operations team and senior partners In this Role, you will Technology Management: Lead the daily management and control of the live Digital Ops environment (running digital processes, maintaining and prioritising resources, managing performance). Service Management: Prioritise and allocate process workloads to meet operational SLAs whilst ensuring efficient use of Digital resources Incident Management: Lead with senior management the resolution of service incidents, exceptions and referrals Partners: Providing a clear and timely management communications to business partners Change Management: Deploy as the need arises new or changed automated processes to the live production environment in accordance with agreed procedures and guidelines. Business Continuity: Support, maintain and test Business Continuity solutions Risk & Assurance: Identify, lead, and mitigate internal and external business risks and maintain key control documents and systems. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a technology or business operations role. Developed understanding of Digital and Business applications in Retail and Operations functions. A broad knowledge and experience of policies, business processes and procedures within a regulated digital or operations function Excellent digital literacy, with ability to understand new applications and digital solutions.
