Job Title: Claims Admin with Medical Background
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Claims Administrator to join our team in Dublin South, Ireland.
* Reviewing applications and assessing claims for life and serious illness products
* Making accurate and timely decisions, following internal guidelines and standards
* Clearly explaining decisions to customers and advisers in a supportive, professional way
* Collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping us do things better every day
* Maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude and acting with integrity in everything you do
Key skills and experience include:
* Fluent German (written and spoken)
* A couple of years' experience in underwriting or claims for life/serious illness insurance
* Or a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree) Or a relevant business or industry qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management and organisational ability
