We are seeking a skilled Dessert Specialist to join our team based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
As a key member of the culinary department, you will be responsible for creating and preparing an extensive range of sweet treats including pastries, cakes, breads and desserts.
You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring efficiency in stock management and ordering.
* Familiarity with HACCP principles is essential as well as certification in food safety standards
