Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing role is a strategic and operational leadership position that oversees the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
* This includes providing professional and clinical leadership, ensuring the provision of evidenced-based nursing practice, and managing nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
Responsibilities:
The ADON will lead on quality assurance programmes, ensure a child-centered approach to service developments, contribute to key process and outcome standards, and monitor performance indicators.
