MWeds is supporting our client, a well -established and respected transport provider based in Limerick, in seeking experienced and motivated HGV Mechanics to join their maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional and supportive team maintaining a modern fleet of coaches and heavy vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs onHGVs, PSVs, and coaches to the highest standardDiagnose and overhaul transmission, axle, anddriveline systemsPerform chassis diagnostics and repairs, bothon -site at our Limerick depot and off -site as requiredEnsure all work is completed in line with safetyand operational proceduresAccurately complete all job -relateddocumentation and service recordsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentprograms as required by the companyUndertake any other duties as directed byworkshop management
Role Requirements:
Proven experience working on HGVs, PSVs, or coach chassis (previous experience in the bus and coach sector is a strong advantage)
Competency with electrical systems and computer -based diagnostics highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Reliable and flexible, with the ability to travel to various sites if needed (including across Ireland and Northern Ireland)
