We're in a transformative year for the brand, creating meaningful opportunities to contribute to how we show up visually across all platforms.What You'll DoThe Junior Graphic Designer will:Support the marketing and design team by executing on-brand visual assets based on established conceptsCreate and update a variety of deliverables including social media graphics, email marketing assets, presentations, marketing and sales collateral, website graphics, and event materialsAssist with production design tasks such as resizing, formatting, versioning, and preparing files for digital and print useCollaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners across multiple officesTake projects from concept through final execution with guidance and feedbackManage time effectively while balancing multiple assignments and deadlinesApply feedback thoughtfully and make revisions efficientlyHelp ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all materialsStay current with design trends, tools, and best practicesWhat It TakesThis role requires a strong design foundation, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
