Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure retained and contingent executive search assignments.

2. Manage complex executive-level recruitment projects from briefing to placement.
\
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
\
4. Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs.
\
5. Contribute to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.

6. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.

Client Management:

7. Provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies.
\
8. Deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
\
9. Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
\
10. Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.

Candidate Management:
\
\
11. Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across multiple sectors.
\
12. Provide detailed interview preparation and career advice.
\
13. Manage the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers.
\
14. Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive talent.
\
15. Provide constructive feedback and ongoing candidate support.

Quality & Compliance:

16. Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.

18. Provide regular reports and market insights to the Head of Executive Search.

Requirements:

\
19. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a performance-driven environment.
\
20. Proven track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
\
21. Strong knowledge of executive recruitment practices and performance metrics.
\
22. Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and pipeline management.
\
23. Active in professional networks with a strong personal brand presence.
\
24. Degree-level education.
\
25. Full driving license or access to transport (travel required).
