Job Opportunity
This role involves overseeing the execution of decarbonisation and general construction projects in the Leinster region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations and ensure timely delivery of projects to high standards.
* Lead retrofit and energy efficiency initiatives within live environments.
* Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet targets.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Conduct site meetings, inspections, and performance reviews.
* Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, or delays.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as a Project Lead or Construction Manager.
* Proven track record working with Main Contractors on general construction projects.
* Strong understanding of building fabric, retrofit, and decarbonisation works.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* Relevant qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar).
* Fully licensed driver with flexibility to travel to sites across Leinster.
