As the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives. Your expertise will help us attract a diverse range of guests, maximize revenue, and foster lasting relationships with clients and partners. Your strategic mindset and strong business acumen will enable you to identify emerging opportunities, analyse market conditions, and create compelling campaigns that differentiate our hotels from competitors.

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive sales experience at Management level
Experience in the corporate market in Dublin City Centre
Confident and experienced with cold calling, online and offline research
Persuasive negotiating skills and ability to convert business
Ability to achieve targets for appointments and converted business
