Climate-controlled Facility. – 42 Years in Business.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Purchase, Install, configure/build, and maintain Hardware, MS operating systems and desktop software.Provide on-site and remote IT support for manufacturing and administrative systems.Provide support to users across desktop, server, and network environments.Manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies through Active Directory.Support Microsoft 365 Administration and Apps.Troubleshoot connectivity issues, VPNs, and local network, phone, Wi-Fi faults.Manage communication between computers and CNC machines. (Cimco, RS232, Ethernet)Liaising with IT partners and service providers.Participate in IT projects and process improvements.Observing and complying with Company SOPs and Health & Safety Policies.Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate by your manager.Key Skills and Competencies:Experience in desktop support, including networks and virtual environments.Good technical skills in PC builds.Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Experience with security including MFA.Active Directory, antivirus and remote support tools.Proficiency in Windows 11 and Active Directory/server administration advantageous.Proficiency with O365 suite.Knowledge of M365 apps -Teams, SharePoint.Familiarity with any Manufacturing or Business applications advantageous.QualificationsIT Qualification or Industry standard certifications (Microsoft, Cisco & CompTIA) preferable.Relevant experience in IT Support or PC Service.Be enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to learn new skills with a positive attitude.Excellent customer service skills.
