Their primary responsibilities include analyzing project plans and specifications to identify the most cost-effective solutions, coordinating with subcontractors and material suppliers, and presenting commercial tender aspects to senior management.
* Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely estimates for mechanical services
* Examine project plans and specifications to determine the most suitable cost-effective solutions
* Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to secure quotations and reviews them
* Present commercial aspects of the tender to senior management for review and approval
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
