Service Design Leader
A successful candidate will lead the development of IT service frameworks, including defining service models, support structures, and service-level agreements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading IT service design and architecture, as well as knowledge of industry-standard practices such as ITIL, NIST, and NIS2.

Requirements:

* Cross-functional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project Delivery.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
