Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Who should apply?
Ideal for a systems-focused business analyst with extensive Salesforce experience and an understanding of marketing platforms:
* 5+ years’ experience working with Salesforce (Sales or Marketing Cloud)
* Experience supporting sales operations and CRM system enhancements
* Some exposure to Marketo or similar marketing platforms desirable
* Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into systems solutions
* Familiarity with automation and integration across commercial systems
* Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Commercial Systems and collaborates with Sales Ops, IT, and Digital Transformation teams:
* CRM Oversight – Act as the Salesforce lead, responsible for system performance and continuous improvement
* Sales Process Support – Analyse and optimise sales workflows, ensuring CRM supports lead-to-close lifecycle effectively
* Integration Projects – Contribute to integration between Salesforce and tools such as Marketo, Gong, and analytics platforms
* Business Analysis – Gather business requirements, translate into functional specs and manage implementation
* User Engagement – Train users, manage onboarding and act as the go-to person for Salesforce best practice
* System Enhancements – Drive adoption of new features, ensure governance and monitor performance metrics
* Process Optimisation – Identify inefficiencies and support simplification of the sales tech ecosystem
* Documentation & Governance – Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and usage guides
