The role of Store Manager entails ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service and a fresh food offering at all times.
This position involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, employee rosters, attendance, and HR records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards.
* Lead by example, promoting teamwork and positivity.
* Oversee daily tasks and workflows, delegating responsibilities as needed.
* Train, coach, and develop team members to meet Retail Excellence standards.
* Manage employee performance, including performance reviews and development plans.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in senior management, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Working knowledge of the CBE system is desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
