If you're an experienced Network Engineer or Consultant looking to take ownership of end-to-end design, pre-sales and implementation leadership, this is your next move.You'll join a business that has established partnerships with the industry's leading vendors and is investing heavily in next-generation technologies such as CATO SD-WAN, Versa, Azure Cloud Networking, and SOC/SIEM integrations.Responsibilities:• Lead customer-facing architecture sessions to capture requirements and translate them into robust, scalable designs.• Own solution design for LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Security projects.• Work across pre-sales and delivery to ensure seamless execution.• Guide junior team members and act as the escalation point for complex designs.• Collaborate with the Technical Director to drive strategic vendor relationships and shape technical direction.• Oversee implementations and ensure successful project outcomes.• Contribute to proposals, HLDs, and SOWs for customer projects.Skills / Must Have:• Strong experience in Cisco and Palo Alto environments.• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies — CATO or Versa preferred.• Hands-on with Aruba Wi-Fi and Switching.• Exposure to Azure Cloud Networking.• Experience with SOC/SIEM platforms.• Proven track record in solution design, pre-sales, and customer engagement.• Confident presenting solutions and guiding customers through technical strategy.Benefits:• Competitive base salary with performance-based progression.• Vendor training and certification support.• Pension and healthcare package.• Collaborative, forward-thinking environment.• Leadership exposure working directly with the Technical Director.Salary:€85,000 – €90,000 per annumLocation:Based in Dublin or Limerick – 3 days a week in the office
