Job Description:
You will lead a team of digital design engineers to develop innovative digital products and solutions. You will oversee the design and development of digital products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop and implement design strategies to improve product quality and user experience.
Key responsibilities include managing resources for successful project delivery, developing new and/or enhancing existing technical systems, and conducting applied research to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A University Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering
* At least 15 years of experience and knowledge of digital micro-architecture concepts as well as deep expertise in one or more focused areas (e.g., signal processing, automotive communication protocols)
* Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in managing a team of designers or an Architecture team
