Front Office Assistant Role Overview




Main Responsibilities:



1. To promptly report for duty in a professional and presentable manner, adhering to company standards.

2. Maintain the highest level of personal and work cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

3. Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct as outlined in the Staff Handbook.

4. Familiarize yourself with company regulations regarding health, safety, security, customer care, fire procedures etc. Ensure that these guidelines are upheld at all times.



The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for receiving guests on arrival using their names throughout their stay following laid down procedures e.g. brand standards.
The main duties involved in this role include:


5. Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and allocating rooms according to availability maintaining full knowledge of room types & rates always available whilst ensuring compliance with hotel policies relating directly or indirectly e,g guest safety emergency response system ect
