Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to manage sales operations across EMEA. The role supports the Director, Business, Vascular Division, EMEA, direct markets and aims to secure effective execution of cross-country sales initiatives and ensure operational priorities are met.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
Assist the Director, Business, Vascular Division, EMEA in managing the 8 European regions on a day-to-day basis. This includes but is not limited to:
* Ensure that the Business Plan is maintained and monitored for each region.
* Ensure that PMO projects are followed up related to BP sales.
* Ensure that business planning and business reviews are managed effectively on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Collaboration with Business Analyst team to ensure that the appropriate business reports are developed and incorporated into business operations.
* Maintain our Key Customer Program in close collaboration with Regions, Clinical Science and MDM team.
* Assist in execution, usage, and follow-up of Sales Process, Performance Management, Salesforce to ensure efficiency goals are met.
* Assist Divisional Marketing and Product Management in the execution of rollouts, product launches, or market initiatives.
* Assist Divisional Marketing in determining sales involvement in global and European meetings and events.
* In collaboration with Finance, maintain and manage variable compensation models.
* In collaboration with the Inventory team, monitor and manage our KPIs for inventory.
* In collaboration with the EMEA Training Team and HR, develop and manage employee development and training.
* Be a part of and participate in EMEA leadership group
* Be responsible for managing the relationship and collaboration with the Customer Support and Delivery Operational unit for direct markets.
* Identify and manage all other relevant collaboration partners within the Vascular Division as well as functions and operational units.
* The role is dependent on a very high degree of informal leadership and a strong focus on achieving results through a collaborative approach to analysis, management and problem solving.

Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of the Vascular business across the EMEA region required.
* Prior experience in product marketing or product management preferred.
* Advanced PAD / CMD experience an advantage.
* High attention to detail required.
* Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure & ensure quality standards are achieved.
* Ability to work in a coaching and supportive manor while keeping focus on the goals for the sales force.
* Ability to form and build strong personal relations across the global vascular leadership.
* Ability to work in a global matrix.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* High self-motivation.
* Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and relevant language
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business.
