Salary: €70,000 including bonus & benefits.
The Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused problem-solver with a knack for technology? We're seeking a
German Customer Success Specialist
to join our team and become an expert in a leading enterprise platform. You won't just be onboarding customers; you'll be their trusted guide, ensuring they successfully integrate our solution and thrive in the long run.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role based in our modern Dublin office, where you'll be on-site every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Be a Customer Champion:
 Drive the successful adoption of our secure solution. You'll work with businesses of all sizes, ensuring they get the most out of our product and feel supported every step of the way.
 * Resolve Challenges:
 Act as a technical troubleshooter. You'll use your expertise to guide customers through the onboarding process and resolve any technical or account-related issues that pop up.
 * Build Lasting Relationships:
 Proactively nurture your customer base. You'll manage relationships and identify new opportunities for them to grow with us, setting the stage for future partnerships.
 * Support Key Initiatives:
 Collaborate with our support specialists on major deals, helping to manage client relationships, timelines, and inquiries to ensure smooth rollouts.
 * Track Everything:
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and use cases in our CRM. This helps us to improve our process and scale our support efforts.
What We're Looking For
 * You are fluent in both
 German and English
 .
 * You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * You have at least a year of experience in a customer success or CRM role within a SaaS company.
 * You possess a strong understanding of enterprise software, particularly secure platforms.
 * You are an expert at technical support and troubleshooting.
 * You are comfortable using
 CRM tools
 like Salesforce.
 * You excel at building and growing professional relationships, including with senior-level clients.
