Our busy kitchen at a leading hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation: Cooking food to order for our guests.
* Menu Planning and Execution: Assisting the head and sous chefs on duty with menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
* Maintenance of Kitchen Health and Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of chef work experience and knowledge of professional cookery practices.
