**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working in an office environment, utilizing Process Engineering skills and knowledge to support manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating manufacturing documentation as part of the engineering team. They must have a strong understanding of process control GRR & Capability to effectively troubleshoot and implement corrective measures. Additionally, they should have the ability to make interventions where necessary to improve performance.
* Support Manufacturing:
o Gather accurate information through effective troubleshooting;
o Evaluate causes and develop solutions with precision;
o Ideally implement proposed solutions promptly.
The ideal candidate is expected to possess proficiency in drafting techniques including 2D/3D CAD software such as Autocad, a general understanding of engineering standards & practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments providing technical guidance.
