Your Impact
As a Lead Cloud Application Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering world-class operational support for OpenText solutions deployed in the OpenText Cloud. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensure service levels are consistently met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work directly contributes to the stability, reliability, and success of enterprise customers' cloud environments.

What You Need To Succeed
* Strong desire to deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
* Experience supporting enterprise-level, multi-tier applications in IT support, consulting, or similar environments.
* Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery models.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
* Administration skills across Windows, UNIX, VMware, Kubernetes, and TCP/IP environments.
* Basic experience with web/app servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
* Programming/scripting experience (SQL, shell scripts, Java, JavaScript) and knowledge of PowerDocs or other OpenText products are desirable.
* Participation in a rotational, out-of-hours on-call schedule is required.
