We are looking for fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers to join our multinational client as Quality Expert Reviewers -in their Dublin office.
In this role, you will ensure digital content is safe, accurate, and compliant by reviewing workflows, verifying IDs, and handling escalations.

Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland (Onsite) Start date: March 13, **** Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate online content, including: Threats, self-harm, fraud, and restricted goods Privacy violations, impersonation, hate speech, bullying Spam, phishing, malware, and inappropriate content Verify ID authenticity and manage access flows Handle escalations as required Apply cultural awareness to make accurate and fair decisions Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism Requirements: Fluent (C2+) in Brazilian Portuguese (speaking and writing) and English at B2 level or higher Proven experience in content moderation Valid residence permit for Ireland or EU member state citizenship Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset Excellent teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence Nice to Have: Interest in digital safety and content compliance Adaptability to evolving policies and guidelines Additional Information: Fully onsite role; remote work not available No holiday or time-off requests allowed during the first 8 weeks of training Background checks required (Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit Check, etc.) Join Us: Take ownership of your career, work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and contribute to maintaining safe and high-quality digital experiences for users worldwide.
