Job DescriptionNostra is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Ireland, dedicated to delivering advanced IT solutions that enable businesses to build reliable, secure, and scalable IT foundations.
With a commitment to continuous improvement, we serve a diverse range of industries, providing exceptional services that empower our clients to focus on their core business goals.This is a fully on-site role with one of our customers based in Naas, County Meath.Nostra is exponentially growing and we are looking to expand our Belfast office.
We also have offices in Dublin (HQ), Cork and Galway.
Responsibilities: Provision of dedicated IT support to our customers.You will need to troubleshoot and diagnose any potential issues across a variety of hardware and systems, escalating to a senior engineer or vendor support when appropriate.Deliver support on issues of varying complexity across the various sites.Set up and maintenance of new users within the client sites.Partnering with the Account Manager to identify improvement projects and ensure the provision of an outstanding service.Understand all compliance requirements on the different customer sites.Be cognisant of operational security identifying changes to reduce risk along the way.As you will be the customers first point of contact with Nostra you must be customer focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and solution focused.You should be able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Required: 3 + Years' Experience in an IT Engineer, IT Field Engineer, with proven experience within a Microsoft environment.IT skills Microsoft related e.g., Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches, access points including VLAN's and VPNAzure knowledge is a bonus.Excellent people, communication, customer service skills.Good English with excellent communication skills.
