Job Description:


* Lead a team of professionals in the hotel bar and front-of-house areas to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards, and drive commercial success.

* Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, stock control, ordering, cost management, sales performance initiatives, and health & safety compliance.

* Foster strong relationships with guests through professional service delivery, addressing feedback promptly and resolving issues professionally.

* Collaborate closely with senior management to support overall hotel operations while contributing towards strategic objectives.

To excel as our ideal candidate for this position you must have proven experience working within the hospitality industry. You should hold a Hotel & Bar Manager role or be at a senior supervisory/assistant level ready to take on new responsibilities. Strong leadership skills are essential for successful employee engagement and effective communication abilities are also crucial. The ability currently living in Ireland is mandatory along with right work Republic status of Ireland.
