We are seeking a Customer Support and Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support, working closely with our sales team to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions
* Process customer orders within agreed timescales and issue relevant paperwork for sign off
* Support the sales team in managing key contracts, including collating reports and resolving queries
* Collate inter-company orders and liaise with other branches to ensure a smooth and efficient service
* Liaise with re-order on all aspects of eliminated and inactive codes, updating systems accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a busy and productive customer-focused environment
* Competency in PC packages, including MS Office suite and Excel
* A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work using initiative, completing tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality while contributing to overall team goals
* A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a varied and challenging workload
