Job Title: Construction Cost Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cost management group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cost management services to clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with full scope of cost management services including pre and post contract cost planning;
* Procurement; Contract Admin.
* Understanding of Commercial & Residential, new build and refurbishment;
* Experience of various contract forms;
* Advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk, not just cost.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A degree qualification in quantity surveying, cost management or similar;
* Proven year's experience in a PQS or Project Management Consultancy practice in Ireland, UK or overseas;
* Good numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills;
* Logged post graduate experience in quantity surveying environment;
* Knowledge of various sectors: Retail, Commercial, Education, Residential.
