Life & Pensions AdministratorLocation:DroghedaRole OverviewOur client is seeking an experiencedLife & Pensions Administratorto provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Senior Wealth Advisors. This is a key role within the business, requiring prior experience in a broker environment and hands-on knowledge of life and pension products.The successful candidate will manage new business and existing client servicing across life, pensions and investments, to ensure all client applications, reviews and queries are processed accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a high standard of administrative support to the Wealth AdvisorsManage the end-to-end processing of new business applications for pensions, investments and life assuranceDeal directly with all major life companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of policiesAdminister policy reviews and assist with tax-related and product-specific queriesLiaise with clients by phone and email, keeping them informed of application and review progressPrepare client meeting documentation and support consultants before and after meetingsOrganise and coordinate meetings and schedulesEnsure all client information is accurate, compliant and up to dateMaintain detailed and accurate client recordsResponsible for Anti Money Laundering (AML) documentationAssist with ad-hoc projects and business development initiatives as requiredSkills, Experience & QualificationsQFA qualification – essentialMinimum 3–5 years' experience in a regulated financial services environmentPrevious experience working in a broker's office is essentialHands-on experience dealing with all major life companiesStrong understanding of life, pension and investment products, including reviews and tax-related mattersExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh standard of customer service with a proactive, problem-solving approachProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointMotivation to develop within the organisation and continue technical learningFor more information, please contact Honor.
