Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our dynamic Training Department. Reporting to the Training Manager and Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery and smooth running of Specialist Training Programmes.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider Training Department. This includes acting as the first point of contact for queries related to Specialist Training Programmes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the database and training systems, preparing and drafting a range of materials, and assisting with the production of certificates, data entry and management, and general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider Training Department
2. Act as the first point of contact for queries related to Specialist Training Programmes
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the database and training systems
4. Prepare and draft a range of materials
5. Assist with the production of certificates, data entry and management, and general admin tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage a high volume and variety of administrative tasks under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident and professional interpersonal skills
