Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2 days onsite at Dublin office, with regular travel)
The Role
As a Cyber Security Solution Architect/Specialist, you will define and design solutions addressing the proactive and reactive cyber needs of clients across various business verticals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Business teams, Clients, and Techno-Functional Experts across cyber domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background in cyber security and the ability to translate complex security concepts into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand requirements, define, design, and orchestrate tailored solutions.
* Develop and deliver techno-business presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
* Take end-to-end ownership of client RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, working with internal teams to prepare solutions and estimate efforts.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends, best practices, and compliance.
* Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams on customer needs and product enhancements.
* Contribute to sales strategies and the growth of the cybersecurity business.
* Utilize storytelling, consultative selling, articulation, and negotiation skills effectively.
* Engage with CXOs, drive proactive business initiatives, build pipelines, and influence decision-makers.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify security gaps and recommend solutions.
* Domain knowledge & experience in at least two or more domains, such as:
o Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA)
o Enterprise Vulnerability Management (ASM, CTEM)
o Cloud Security
o MDR/SOC
o OT Security
* Assess the fitment of cybersecurity technologies and products across domains like IAM, Cloud Security, MDR, Vulnerability Management, OT Security.
* Knowledge of and experience with security tools and technologies.
* Ability to present and articulate the value proposition of cybersecurity products and services to clients and stakeholders.
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland, e.g., Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
