Pharmaceutical Project Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager for an upcoming Pharma project in Bray, Wicklow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience in managing complex projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to deliver works in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
* Liaise with project management, design teams, client representatives, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
* Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and drive productivity to meet regulatory and QA requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or regulated industrial projects
* Strong understanding of GMP environments and strict QA procedures
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage complex programmes and multiple work fronts
* Relevant construction qualifications and tickets (Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent)
