What You'll Do:
* Handle inbound & outbound intake calls
* Pre-qualify PI & property insurance claims
* Document case details and update CRM
* Communicate with clients in English & Spanish
* Provide excellent customer experience
Must Have:
✓ 2+ years U.S. intake experience
✓ Fluency in English & Spanish
✓ Knowledge of PI & property insurance claims
✓ Strong communication & empathy
✓ Ability to work U.S. business hours
