Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our established team.This is a hands-on, senior operational role suited to a motivated professional who can hit the ground running, take ownership of leasing activity, and manage a residential portfolio to the highest standard.Role:As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lease-up of new developments while overseeing the day-to-day lettings and property management of a portfolio of residential assets across Dublin. You will work closely with clients, tenants, accounts and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations, strong occupancy levels and an excellent tenant experience.Key Responsibilities:Lease-up of new residential developmentsConducting property tours and negotiating rentsManaging a portfolio of residential lettings and property management assetsTenant selection, reference screening and onboardingDrawing up lease agreements and managing move-insCarrying out rent reviews in line with legislationManaging licence renewals and statutory complianceProperty inspections and condition reportingWeekly client reporting and portfolio updatesProactively engaging with tech, finance companies and third-level institutionsLiaising with accounts, maintenance teams, property managers and clientsMaintaining a strong working knowledge of landlord and tenant legislationRequirements:PSRA Category C Licence (essential)Full clean driving licence and own car (essential)Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies ActExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHighly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skillsCommercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approachStrong Excel skillsExperience using Yardi, Letman or BuildingLink is advantageous, but not essentialHow to ApplyIf you are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we would love to hear from you.
