We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive growth and build long-term partnerships.
As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, your role will be instrumental in driving success and laying the foundation for future collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
* Create, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas
* Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our products or services
* Contribute to shaping the company's future by bringing in new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in German and English
* At least 9 months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
* Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm about exceeding targets
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
