Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company's inventory system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
* Update and monitor product pricing and codes to reflect current market conditions.
* Conduct regular stock reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Support management of the company's e-commerce platform, including adding and updating products and content.
* Liaise with customers via phone and email as required, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Ensure discontinued products are removed from online listings and internal systems to maintain a streamlined and efficient inventory process.
* Assist with managing floor displays and product information sheets to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements
* Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical ability to manage inventory levels and track orders.
* Good communication and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience in an accounting or purchasing department is an advantage, but not essential.
* Comfortable working with online systems, with experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify being beneficial.
* A creative, proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
