Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage on-site operations for a new residential scheme based in the border counties.

About the Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high productivity and liaising with subcontractors and site teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the site team and ensuring they are briefed daily on the scheduled works programme.
* Motivating the team to ensure work is carried out promptly and all reports are addressed.
* Ensuring health and safety protocol is adhered to and assisting with toolbox talks and daily progress reports.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant previous experience of working in a similar Site Manager role, preferably within residential schemes. However, those in other sectors will still be considered.
You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and good level of organisation. You will possess a high level of communication and be able to motivate the team to achieve their goals.

You can expect a competitive salary of circa £50,000 - £55,000 (negotiable on experience) + package inclusive of company van, fuel, phone, laptop and work locally.
