Residential Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Residential Development Manager to lead a housing project in West Waterford. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing, excellent leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades and phases simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. They will also maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a housing development from groundworks through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
