As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your role will involve developing project plans, managing resources, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple complex projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Coach and mentor junior project team members
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required
PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps)
Experience with Agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior relevant professional / consulting experience required
Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary
