Project Administrator - German & English:
A key role within a growing telecommunications company based in Dublin City Centre.
The successful candidate will support the project team in planning and organisation, ensuring the project is ready for launch. Responsibilities include managing paperwork, liaising with internal and external parties, and verifying contractual documents.
Responsibilities:
* Examine contracts and accurately input data into databases.
* Print/digitise confidential contracts and ensure timely dispatch.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
* Manage multiple databases and maintain organisation.
* Coordinate with other teams and external parties as required.
* Foster a collaborative environment with international colleagues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong administrative skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Able to work independently with self-motivation.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
