· Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients.
· Serve as the main point of contact for support, onboarding, and account management.
· Deliver live training sessions (Zoom or in-person) for new clients.
· Assist with client setup, data uploads, and system navigation.
· Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot basic software issues.
· Ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
· Communicate progress clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate information in CRM and other internal tools.
· Prepare ongoing reports on account and project status.
· Identify growth opportunities within existing clients.
· Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
· Assist with basic account administration such as subscription queries, invoice follow-ups, and updating account records where required.
Key skills required
· Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· Strong understanding of software, mobile apps, and Zoom.
· Ability to learn system workflows quickly and explain them to others.
· Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
· Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
