The role is hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering control frameworks and will oversee the execution of the Annual Compliance Plan. About Your New Job Plan and execute the annual Compliance Plan, focusing on high-risk areas. Lead individual reviews and producing reports for senior management. Offer technical leadership to the Assurance team. Advise on the development, and assessment of Compliance controls. Manage resources effectively to meet financial targets. What skills You Need A relevant compliance qualification i.e. ACOI Diploma/Certificate is ideal Previous exposure of Compliance Reporting in an insurance company is essential. Proven experience in team management and development.
