Responsibilities
Be aware of and prepared for the business in house every day
Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared and presentated to agreed standards.
Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
Follow and adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.
Support team members to ensure the kitchen always exceeds guest exectations by consistently producing quality food.
Requirements:
Experience in a busy kitchen on the Grill or on bar food
Willingness to work within a team environment whilst using your initiative
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Qualified or part qualified as a chef
Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods
