What does a successful Recruiter do?

As a Recruiter, you will play an essential role in finding and attracting top-tier talent to join our dynamic team, helping us continue our drive to innovate and excel. You will be a proactive advocate for potential candidates and embody our core values of collaboration, excellence, and trust, contributing to our goal of becoming the best fintech on the planet.

What you will do:

* Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for a broad range of roles, including technology, shared functions, and sales.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for various positions within Fiserv.
* Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive and streamlined experience for all applicants.
* Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders across different departments to understand staffing needs and goals.
* Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to find the best talent, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
* Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
* Attend and represent Fiserv at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions.

What you will need to have:

* Strong proficiency in talent sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What would be great to have:

* Experience as a Generalist Recruiter, capable of recruiting for a diverse range of roles such as technology, shared functions, and sales.
* Understanding of data-driven recruiting strategies.
* Familiarity with using recruitment marketing tools and platforms.
* Experience with high-volume hiring.
* Professional certifications in Human Resources or Recruiting.
