About the Role:
As a Operations & Sales associate, you’ll provide expert service to our customers, helping them find the right timber products to suit their needs. You’ll play a key role in boosting branch sales and profitability while promoting Morgan's Timbers exceptional range of products. This role is all about building relationships, working as part of a team, offering advice, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
* Assist in warehouse preparing orders for collection
* Use of forklifts and combi machinery in picking orders
* Support the Branch Manager and team in ensuring smooth operations
* Assist with stock control and liaise with suppliers when needed
* Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security protocols
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a busy builders' merchant or similar environment
* A proven track record in sales and exceeding targets
* Highly motivated and driven
* Knowledge of timber products
* Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
* IT literacy and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Full-time (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday
